A Simple Look at My Life as a Naturist

Most people think naturism is something you do.

Something a bit different. Something planned.

But for me, it’s just part of my everyday life.

The funny thing is… I didn’t even set out to become a naturist.

It started at home, without really thinking about it.

At first, it was just small things. Getting comfortable after a long day, not rushing to get dressed in the morning, enjoying a bit of fresh air in the garden. There wasn’t a moment where I decided, “this is naturism.”

It just… happened.

The more I did it, the more normal it felt.

And the more normal it felt, the more I realised how much more comfortable I was in myself.

There’s nothing dramatic about it. In fact, it’s the opposite.

It’s simple.

A typical morning might start with a cup of coffee in the garden. The air is often cool, but it wakes you up. You hear the birds, feel the breeze, and slowly ease into the day. There’s no rush to get dressed, no standing in front of a mirror wondering what to wear or how I look. The day just begins, naturally.

That’s what naturism really is for me.

It’s not about making a statement.

It’s about feeling comfortable in my own skin.

At home, life feels easier. Without clothes, there’s less to think about. I’m not adjusting things, not feeling restricted, not constantly aware of how I look. I just get on with my day.

It sounds small, but it makes a difference.

There’s also a sense of being more connected to everything around me. I notice the air, the light, the little changes in the day. Things feel calmer, more real.

Of course, life still carries on as normal. There’s work to do, responsibilities to keep up with, and being respectful of others always matters. Naturism doesn’t replace everyday life—it just fits into it.

But underneath it all, there’s a sense of calm that I didn’t have before.

Less pressure.

Less worry about appearance.

More acceptance of myself as I am.

And that’s probably the biggest change.

I didn’t wake up one day and decide to change my life.

I didn’t follow a plan.

I just started feeling more comfortable… and I followed that feeling.

For me, naturism isn’t anything extreme or unusual.

It’s just life—lived simply.
