Easter in Fuerteventura: Sunshine, Sea and Naturist Freedom at Monte Marina

There’s something wonderfully tempting about swapping the unpredictable British Easter for warm sunshine, Atlantic breezes and the freedom to spend your days without a stitch of clothing. And tucked away on Fuerteventura’s beautiful southern coast, Monte Marina Naturist Resort might just be the Easter escape you’ve been dreaming of.

Imagine waking up in your own comfortable apartment, enjoying a leisurely breakfast and wandering down to the resort’s naturist swimming pool. No rushing, no crowded schedules, just sunshine, a refreshing dip and perhaps a relaxing session in the sauna or whirlpool. Monte Marina offers that lovely combination of independence, comfort and the simple pleasure of being yourself. It’s the sort of place where doing absolutely nothing can feel like the best holiday activity imaginable.

And when you fancy exploring, you’re in a spectacular part of the Canary Islands. The sweeping beaches around Jandía, the turquoise Atlantic and Fuerteventura’s dramatic volcanic landscapes are all waiting beyond the resort. Take a coastal stroll, discover a little local restaurant or simply return to your sunlounger with a good book. There’s no pressure to do anything except enjoy your holiday.

Easter 2027 falls on 28 March, making 25 March to 1 April a lovely seven-night escape to consider. There’s even a longer-stay offer worth investigating for those who can stretch their holiday to a fortnight. Personally, I can think of far worse ways to welcome spring than feeling the Canarian sunshine on my skin, listening to the palms rustle and wondering whether it’s really necessary to get dressed for lunch.

Could this be your Easter in the sunshine?
