The stretch marks, the wrinkles, the grey hair, the tattoos, the missing hair, the extra hair, the shape you wish was different…

Welcome to humanity.

International Nude Day isn’t asking the world to get naked.

It’s asking us to question why we’ve become so afraid of simply being ourselves.

At Naturism Wales we see it every week. New members arrive convinced they’ll be judged.

Within hours they’re chatting over a coffee, walking through beautiful Welsh countryside, swimming, laughing around a campfire and wondering why they waited so long.

Not because they’ve discovered nudity.

Because they’ve discovered acceptance.

So today we’d like to ask you to take part.

Not by posting photographs.

Not by proving anything to anyone.

Just answer one simple question in the comments.

Where do you feel most free?

Is it on a beach?

Walking through woodland?

Swimming in the sea?

Sitting in your own garden?

Camping beneath the stars?
