Everyone Belongs
At Naturism in Wales, we believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness and respect.
Our community is made up of people from many different walks of life. We have members of different ages, genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, faiths, cultures, professions and life experiences. Some have been naturists for decades. Others are taking their very first steps into a skyclad lifestyle. What unites us is not who we are on paper, but how we choose to treat one another.
Naturism has always been about far more than simply removing our clothes. It is about removing many of the assumptions, expectations and judgements that society often places upon us. When we meet without the labels that clothing can create, we are reminded that every person deserves the same courtesy, the same compassion and the same opportunity to belong.
Within Naturism in Wales, everyone is equal.
Nobody receives preferential treatment because of their gender. Nobody is judged because of their sexuality. Nobody is excluded because of their faith, ethnicity, disability, age or background. We believe that diversity strengthens a community and that every individual brings something unique to the friendships we build together.
Our focus has never been on what separates people. It has always been on what brings them together.
The only expectations we place upon our members are simple and apply equally to everyone.
Be kind.
Be accepting.
Be respectful.
Be a genuine skyclad naturist when participating within our community.
These principles are the foundation of every event we organise, every conversation we have and every friendship that grows through Naturism in Wales. They create an environment where people can relax without fear of judgement, where conversations happen naturally, where confidence grows and where lasting friendships are formed.
Inclusivity is not about lowering standards or ignoring differences. It is about recognising that our differences are part of what makes our community richer while ensuring that everyone is treated with the same fairness and respect.
Our commitment to safeguarding reflects these values. We work hard to create spaces where members feel safe, welcome and valued. Respect is never optional. Consent is always paramount. Kindness is expected, not requested.
Many people arrive at their first event feeling nervous. They wonder whether they will fit in or whether they will be accepted. Time and again they discover that they are welcomed not because of who they are, but because of how they treat others.
That is the community we continue to build.
A place where people are free to be themselves.
A place where differences are respected rather than feared.
A place where friendships matter more than appearances.
A place where equality is not simply written into a policy, but lived every single day.
At Naturism in Wales, everyone belongs.
Because when kindness, acceptance, respect and community come first, there is room for us all.
